Job
Opportunity: Our clients provide us with written job
specifications. Our sales representatives visit the offices of
our clients to understand their corporate culture.
Advertisement:
Our consultant will place an advertisement online as well as paper
based.
Recruitment
Selection: Our consultant will contact
candidates on our database as well as applicants to
determine their availability, experience and
qualifications.
Interviews: We
interview each candidate to determine their skills and competencies.
Short Listing: A
shortlist of suitable candidates is then drawn up and, with the
candidate's consent, their CV’s are sent to our client.
Reference Checks: Employment
history checks as well as the requested reference checks
like ITC-, Criminal-, Academic Qualifications-, Drivers
License Checks, etc. are done on the short listed
candidates.
Client
Interviews: The client then interviews the selected
candidates. There are at least two interviews before an offer
is made.
Placement and Follow-Up:
Once the candidate is placed the consultant will follow-up with the
candidate and the sales representative will follow up with the
client to ensure that they are working well together.
Candidates will be brought for
interviews after we have interviewed and verified their
qualifications. Should our clients be dissatisfied with any
employees, replacements will be supplied.
All positions are negotiated with our
client and different fees are payable depending on the position
required.
Placement fees are payable in the event
of any of our clients intending to employ a contract employee of IT
Worx Recruitment on a permanent basis.
IT Worx Recruitment also offers
permanent placements to companies from our carefully selected
candidates. Trade papers are verified and references are
checked to ensure that only the best candidates are selected for
interviews.
